These terms and conditions should be read and accepted by you. You accept that by ordering/purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Payment: Upon accepting these terms and conditions you are are completing the online registration process and are required to make payment in full within 14 days from receipt of VAT invoice and before the event date. Until payment is received, your registration will not be processed and you will not have access on the day. The cost of the conference and dinner is subject to current UK VAT rates.

Cancellation/Refund: Completing the online registration process constitutes a firm booking, and an agreement to pay the ticket fee. All cancellations must be received in writing to conference@makeuk.org. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

The cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations received before Tuesday 20 January 2026: incurs a cancellation fee of 10% of the total ticket fee booked.
• Cancellations received between Wednesday 21 January - Monday 16 February 2026: incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the total ticket fee booked.
• Cancellations received after Monday 16 February 2026: refund requests received after this time will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation of invoice, irrespective of whether the delegate attends the conference/dinner.

Code of Conduct: Please view the Make UK Code of Conduct here. All those in attendance at the Make UK National Manufacturing Conference and/or Dinner must follow the Code of Conduct.

Communications - Make UK: By opting in to other Make UK Communications you consent to your contact details being shared within Make UK for communications relating to the themes, topics and future relevant events. If you do not wish for your details to be stored or used for this purpose please select NO when you are booking. If you wish to opt out at a later date please amend your online booking or email conference@makeuk.org.

Communications - Sponsors and Exhibitors: By opting in to your contact details being passed onto sponsors and exhibitors, you consent to your contact details being share with sponsors and exhibitors directly involved in the Make UK National Conference. If you do not wish for your details to be stored or used for this purpose please select NO. If you wish to opt out at a later date please amend your online booking or email conference@makeuk.org.

COVID-19: You are required to observe and comply with all current laws, regulations, rules and requirements relating to COVID-19 and which Make UK and/or the event venue has adopted as part of its operations, where necessary.

Force Majeure: Make UK will not be liable for any refunds whatsoever if the event is delayed, cancelled or you are unable to attend due to any event beyond our reasonable control including any act of God, terrorism or severe weather conditions.

Programme: Please also note that Make UK reserves the right to change the programme and speakers at any time.

Special offers, discounts and free tickets: Special offers, discounts and free tickets are not transferable for pre-purchased tickets and no cash alternatives will be offered. Travel and accommodation are not included and no standard terms of refund are applicable. Make UK reserves the right to withdraw any offers at any time and all are not in conjunction with any other offer.

Workshops/breakout sessions: Please note that all workshop/breakout session descriptions and speakers are subject to change.

GDPR Compliance Data storage: By registering for the Make UK National Manufacturing Conference 2026 you consent to your contact details being stored by Make UK for the sole purpose of both the current and future Make UK Conference communications only.
