Today, Crafter’s Companion sells a range of papercraft, sewing and art products to customers in 40 countries, employing over 100 people. The company has earned over 30 awards, including the Queen’s Award for International Trade and the Women of the Future Award. In 2016, Sara was awarded an MBE for services to the economy.

A champion for women in business, Sara has appeared on Dragons’ Den and Strictly Come Dancing. She has written two books, including her autobiography, We Can All Make It, and regularly appears on BBC’s Morning Live and Ultimate Wedding Planner. In 2024, she was awarded an Honorary Degree by York University and trekked the Arctic for Comic Relief with other celebrities. Her new show, Making It with Sara Davies, is currently being shown on the BBC.
