Rachel Wilson brings 30 years of experience working in the manufacturing, engineering and technology sector across a wide range of HR fields. In her current role as Director of People and Organisation for Siemens plc in Great Britain & Ireland, Rachel is a key advisor/business partner to the CEO and a vital member of the Senior Leadership team. She oversees a diverse portfolio including employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce transformation, diversity equity and inclusion. Her core capability lies in driving transformational change, putting strategy into action.
Rachel's previous roles involved working with & leading diverse international teams having taken up positions in the Middle East as Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for Middle East, India, Africa and Turkey before then relocating to Switzerland to work as Global Head of TA, Strategic Projects and Initiatives.
Rachel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration and French from Aston University, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Leeds Metropolitan University.
