Jenny began her career at grass-roots level before progressing through increasingly senior HR roles to Director. Her work is underpinned by strong expertise in employment law and commercial HR, supporting organisations to balance people, performance, and business outcomes. Jenny is known for combining tactical HR delivery with strategic insight, challenging assumptions, and holding leaders to account to ensure decisions benefit teams, clients, and the wider business.
