Duncan Heron is Vice President of Marketing for DHL Express UK and Europe, responsible for leading teams delivering customer communications, product innovation, digital experience, pricing, sponsorship & hospitality. Duncan originally joined DHL in 2018 as London Regional Sales Director, successfully supporting customers across the region with their international trade ambitions.

Prior to joining DHL Express, Duncan has spent over 20 years in the logistics industry in a range of businesses and roles, building extensive knowledge and experience of logistics best practice over the years. Duncan graduated from Anglia Ruskin Cambridge with a degree in Business and Leadership.
